Numeric Sender ID Restricted Countries
Some countries and mobile network operators only support numeric Sender IDs. This means the sender name must be submitted as numbers instead of an alphanumeric brand name. Before sending international bulk SMS, it is important to follow the destination country's Sender ID rules to improve SMS delivery and avoid filtering.
If you are not sure whether your Sender ID is supported, you can also read our Sender ID guide or contact our support team for assistance.
